Terms

lets artists create music AR experiences, hide songs in real-world locations for listeners to find, and give away or sell MP3 and WAV downloads. Listeners can find, unlock, buy, download and follow artists. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and everything posted from it. You must be old enough to use PayPal in your country to buy or sell.

Uploading and selling

• Only upload music you wrote, own, or have permission to sell, including any samples, beats and cover art.
• You keep ownership of your music. You give permission to store it, show your cover art, play it in the AR camera when people scan your art (blurred songs only play at their spot), and deliver the song file to people who buy or download it.
• Buyers pay through PayPal at the price you set. PayPal's processing fee is taken off each sale first. From what's left, keeps 7% as its fee and you earn the other 93%.
• Pro costs $29.99 for one year, paid up front through PayPal. While you're Pro, takes no fee from your sales (0% instead of 7%). Pro doesn't renew by itself; you can renew any time to add another year. Pro payments aren't refundable once the year has started, except where the law requires.
• Your earnings are paid out to the PayPal email on your seller form. Payouts are sent in batches, not instantly. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• If a buyer gets a refund or a chargeback, the artist's share of that sale is removed from what you're owed, or deducted from a later payout.
• The seller form must be accurate. Payments sent to a wrong PayPal email can't be recovered by us.

Buying

• When you buy a song you get a personal license to download it and listen to it on your own devices. You may not resell, share or re-upload it.
• No screen recording or ripping to repost. Don't record, capture or copy songs, videos or AR experiences from to share, post or sell anywhere else. The AR camera shows your @name on screen, so recordings can be traced back to the account that made them.
• Because downloads are delivered instantly, sales are final unless the file is broken or not as described. Contact the artist or us at ; PayPal's buyer protection may also apply.
• Your purchases stay in My page so you can download them again. If an artist deletes a song, it may no longer be downloadable.

Secret locations

• Only pin public places you're allowed to put things: a venue, shop, mural, or event with permission. Never pin a home, private property, or anywhere unsafe to get to.
• Follow local rules about posters and stickers. You're responsible for where you put your images.
• Listeners: be safe and respectful when hunting. Don't trespass, and watch where you're going. No song is worth getting hurt.
• Unlocks are checked with your phone's location. Faking your location to unlock songs isn't allowed and can get your account removed.

Comments and messages

Be respectful. You can block anyone, which stops them messaging you and commenting on your tracks, and you can report comments, tracks and people. Artists can delete comments on their own tracks.

Not allowed

Music or images you don't have rights to, hateful or illegal content, impersonating another artist, trying to get around payments or the blur, or screen recording and reposting other people's songs, videos and AR experiences. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Copyright complaints

If your work was uploaded without permission, email with a link to the track and proof you own it, and we'll take it down.

The service

The site is provided as is. We aren't liable for lost sales, downtime, or disputes between buyers and artists beyond what the law requires.
